Lisa previously worked with Women Giving Back and Leadership Fairfax in Volunteer Management and Development. As with any small nonprofit, she also worked on events, compliance, Board management, programming, and more. As of March 2026, she is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Lisa serves on the Board of the Global Institute for Sustainable Development (GISD) as Treasurer and is the Ashburn representative appointed by Supervisor Turner to the Loudoun Parks, Recreation and Open Space Board.
